On a visit today to the store the service received at self service was almost laughable. I don’t think the colleague concerned could have been more disinterested in helping me as I interrupted her key business discussion with her colleague, I think it was about her daughter’s hairstyle! Does as a supermarket should ? too many self-service checkouts and not enough people on the shop floor, no doubt Brexit or Covid are to blame ? ?
