The lady who served us was an absolute gem, made us feel so welcome and made my mum & myself a cup of tea while we waited for the links to be added back onto my watch strap again.. even after the watch was completed, she said we could stay and finish our drinks off coz I hadn't drank all of mine. I wish I'd of got her name coz she was so lovely. “I purchased a pair of silver earrings with a drop pearl on before Christmas from this jewellers at a cost of £33. Sadly the pearl came detached but I did find it. Today I returned to the shop to show them. I was expecting for them to send the ear ring away to be repaired or even say that as I had no receipt there was nothing that they could do. The lovely efficient sales assistant was very apologetic and straight away offered to replace both my ear rings with a brand new identical pair. She referred to her colleague who also agreed replacement and apologised again. Both staff are an asset to the company helpfull, efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. This was excellent customer service and I walked out a very happy customer. Many Thanks”
