“An excellent experience with the Eastleigh Swan Centre branch. I collected my watch after making an online order. It was quickly and efficiently sized by Suzanne. Alas, there was a problem with the watch. This was an issue with the manufacturer’s quality control and in no way linked to Ernest Jones. I revisited the branch and I was very ably assisted by Hayley. She went out of her way to support me with resolving the issue. I was also supported by Suzanne. My experience of customer service was first class. Both staff members were courteous and efficient. I would recommend this branch for it’s very high level of customer service.”

We booked a few weeks ago and asked if 2 assistants could do an ear each to avoid extra pain of one at a time , as she is 6 years old now. They did this and were kind and friendly.
