“I cannot recommend Jo, Chris, Jodie and all the tradesmen involved in the transformation of our kitchen and utility room highly enough. Everyone involved was really friendly and professional. Jo listened to our ideas, her designs were excellent and she helped choose new appliances according to our needs. The organisation and communication was exceptional- we knew who was coming, the date and the time of arrival and if there were any changes we were contacted. All of the work was carried out to a very high standard but we were particularly impressed with the attention to detail of Tom , our fitter. He is such a perfectionist and worked so hard. “I went in today to drop my plane iron off for the in-store sharpening service. Nathaniel offered to call me back once it was done, and give me a demo on how to set the plane up, and use it as well. He went above and beyond with getting the blade flat and sharp, and set it up beautiful, giving me some fantastic advice! It's my Grandad's old plane so I'm absolutely thrilled to have it working, and cannot thank Nathaniel enough. Aside from this, I always get great service and advice, and great products of course - cannot recommend the store and team enough.”

By car, access is off the A49 northbound side just after Macdonald's or via the Gateway 49 trading estate entrance (A49 northbound turn left at the lights (between Matalan and Macdonald's) then 100yds turn right for the Range entrance (FREE parking).
It's on two floors (lift available). The first floor has a huge display area with a café.
Being one of their larger stores it has a lot more variety of goods on display.”
