This particular Costa is inside Warrington Hospital. There is comfortable seating available and the quality is as good as you would expect in a Costa. The only drawback is that they do not credit your Costa card.
As it is situated near to the main entrance it is very convenient for anyone in a wheelchair.

Always very busy but everything we have had from there has been nice. Only reason iv give 2 starts for atmosphere is that it's in a hospital.

Absolutely shocking. I had just received some terrible news and sat down in the coffee shop, a member of staff asked me to leave as I hadn?t purchased anything yet. She mentioned something like ?if the big bosses came in we would get into trouble? The coffee shop is in a hospital! They should have more compassion really considering the type of customers they were recieving. It wasn?t even busy and there were no ?big bosses?. Jobsworth.

Shocking service.lady with crutch just sat down and asked to move. Party of 3 already sat with drinks asked to move. Why because at 5.35 they wanted to clean that section. shop only shuts at 6.30. Informed they were just following the rules. We all know where that leads. Cappuccino was so weak anyway was happy to walk out and leave them to clean to their hearts content. Definitely a Costa to avoid!

Absolutely disgraceful! I love Costa, most of the Costa's in Warrington are very well managed! Shocking service, empty shelves and unprofessional and rude staff! Didn't take the app or points! I'll be giving it a miss in future!

This is a poorly managed Costa with long queues and staff shortage. The coffee isn't great either. Waste of time

Used to be great before Covid. Deteriorated massively since. Opening times used to be 7 till 21:00 which was perfect for day and night staff. Now opening times are erratic. It?s never open before 8 and on Sundays it opens 11 . I am surprised hospital allow such greedy businesses to operate onsite. Today it?s only one single staff serving for the last 2 hours and the queue is getting longer and longer. Management barely ever seen and they obviously do not care.

Long queues,only 2 staff working, everything in take out cups only, no machine available to record bean rewards.Several tables not cleaned while i was in queue for 20 minutes.Also tried to get a drink in morning around 10.15am queue even worse.
