Absolutely disgraceful! I love Costa, most of the Costa's in Warrington are very well managed! Shocking service, empty shelves and unprofessional and rude staff! Didn't take the app or points! I'll be giving it a miss in future!

This is a poorly managed Costa with long queues and staff shortage. The coffee isn't great either. Waste of time

Used to be great before Covid. Deteriorated massively since. Opening times used to be 7 till 21:00 which was perfect for day and night staff. Now opening times are erratic.
