I purchase flowers by ordering online at 1.45pm when I saw that they would be able to deliver if ordered before 2.00pm that day. And this was a Saturday. I would have been delighted if it could have been deliverer by Monday but true to their t&cs it was delivered a few hours later! As with online orders sometimes the button gets pressed before double checking so I rang to confirm that my message was correct. It was marvellous that they answered the phone on a Saturday and I spoke to a friendly advisor who reassured me by going through the order with her. Top marks Flower Shop.
