“I was let down badly by Interflora at the last minute for Mother’s Day, literally 3.30pm the day before. I rang round and found Hocknells and they understandably said it would be Monday as they were so busy with Mothers Day. However my mum received the most beautiful bunch of flowers on Mothering Sunday and was delighted with them. I live outside of the area and was so disappointed when I was let down so last minute. I was so grateful that Hocknells went that extra mile and cannot thank them enough. I won’t be going anywhere else now for flowers.”
