We went into shop today with a software problem on my pc.

Had an issue where my pc was not turning on after i reseated the CPU, no power at all. They had it fixed within a few hours (1pm-4pm) so I am satisfied. The guy who was there was also very nice and approachable, and they also gave my pc case a wipe down for dust so am more than satisfied. Great service, great team, would come here again in the future. The price is also not highway robbery, they only charged £35 for this so very very affordable. Thanks

When you are on to a good thing you keep coming back for more. The team are extremely friendly and easy going. Their knowledge in this field is outstanding, that endorsement coming from an IT Project Manager by occupation. The team have built an excellent gaming tower for my son at a really reasonable price and offered decent aftercare too when my son breaks things as is inevitable. Just recently, Nathan helped my wife out with printing, scanning and arranging PDFs for her to simply email across to her partners. Nathan took the stress out of my wife's day and charged practically nothing for his expertise, time and patience. Managing to put a smile on my wife's face...priceless. What took me hours at home and plenty of swearing, Nathan completed in minutes with friendly banter. These guys are invaluable for their expertise, understanding and approachability. Huge thank you from Andy and Paula.

Bits and PCs have recently put together a bespoke high quality PC for me which will primarily be used for photo editing.
It was an interesting and enjoyable experience and I was so glad for the advice given.
I bought locally for the obvious benefits of personal service, warranty, upgrades etc. and if I need anything computer wise in the future I certainly know where to come.
