We went into shop today with a software problem on my pc. The service was really helpful and super friendly. My problem was sorted out while we went for a coffee in a local cafe. Brilliant service.

Had an issue where my pc was not turning on after i reseated the CPU, no power at all. They had it fixed within a few hours (1pm-4pm) so I am satisfied.
