The staff here are brilliant and so helpful. Between my wife and I we have a lot of tablets from them, they always make it easy to get what you want and nothing is too much trouble. I cannot fault any of them!

I hate going in here. Every single member of staff needs training in customer service. They all act like you’re Invisible, are rude and quite clearly would rather not be working, time literally slows down the moment you step in.

Not only have they been a great help for me personally after an issue with my prescription, but they've always been friendly even when people haven't always offered them the same courtesy.
