My wife and I visited Northwich branch a few weeks ago to enquire about and open a savings account for her (I already have one). We had a little wait as there was a queue but I put this down to the popularity of this particular branch.

We came to Northwich branch Thursday this week to discuss an isa met Stuart who was very knowledgeable about all your financial services we were very comfortable with his explanation of what we wanted
