Anyway, we we're seen by Stuart Moores who was so friendly and knowledgeable. He put us at ease and listened to us and then explained about the products on offer including terms and conditions relevant to us. We couldn't fault his customer service, it was absolutely first class! Not fake cheesy but just down to earth chatty & friendly. Just wanted to call him out in the best way possible.
