I popped in here a few weeks ago with my mum and sister and needed some help with the Boots recycling scheme. A really lovely member of staff assisted us (I’m pretty certain her name was Michelle).
She was so helpful and even came back to find us when we paid to ensure our code had gone through correctly.
Today, while shopping at the Northwich Boots branch, I was mistakenly accused of stealing by your staff.
