The service was shocking, no agent even bothered to get back to me. This might have been been up the (male) agent whom I spoke with as he showed no interest of even wanting to listen or be helpful . This was just over a year ago and now looking to book next trip but will not be contacting Hays Nantwich

I came to them to look at going abroad in 2024 I thought they could go through packages with me but they said no they will email me - i gave my email address and checked it was right. 2 weeks later still no email (junk, deleted and spam folders checked). So i rang them they said they would email again. 2 weeks later still no email so i went somewhere else.

Went in here 4 days ago, the one statt member there said he couldn't get onto the Jet2 internet site but he would email details of suitable holidays. He didn't. Thinking he may have taken the email address down incorrectly we emailed the branch. Still no reply. We have now booked a holiday with another company.

Absolutely Awful Company to book with, would not recommend! Don't send the correct paperwork,made completely the wrong booking to what we asked for and what's been provided on a atol certificate, complaints handling is appalling.

Appalling service from this branch. Ordered some foreign currency on Wednesday and told it would be in the next day. Then told it would not be for a week later, after we'd departed for holiday! Not a huge amount either. Useless!

Staff are so helpful and friendly. They take the stress out of booking from start to finish. If you ring with a problem or query they do their utmost to help. By far the best travel shop we have ever used.

waiting for over 20 minutes at the currency counter, it initially took 20 minutes to be recognised as waiting. apparently only one member of staff was able to process the currency exchange, who then still proceeded to take another 15 minutes acknowledge and serve us. i would of thought dropping things for 5 minutes (with the customers he was already with when we arrived) to sort a quick transaction would make sense in regards to customer service? but what do i know!

Currently still waiting for someone to sort out currency in Nantwich Hays! The experience so far has been horrendous we have been waiting 20 minutes, 1 out of the 2 staff in ON A SATURDAY is actually trained to do this, 2 other people have left a shop as they have waited so long. Does it not make sense to stop endless trawling for indecisive clients, for 5 minutes, to sort out currency customers, for 5 minutes, to prevent issues like this? Absolutely ridiculous.

I visited the shop to ask that my mother in laws name to be removed from their mail list. I had previously contacted head office a couple of months before. I still get the mailings. Not impressed.
