“I needed 1 item from this Superdrug but I had my dog with me and I knew dogs were not allowed. I approached the cashier and asked if I could come in with the dog. I could see she was struggling between the company rule and genuinely wanting to help. She said be quick about it and got me me and out of the shop promptly. It was nice to deal with a young person who had a bit of common sense and empathy when it was easier for her to say no. Thank you.!”
