Found the branch manager very unhelpful while I was trying to get the mobile banking app on my new phone. Just fobbed me off to phone digital banking which I have already done. Going to have to move banks now, can't do without mobile banking. Rest of the staff seem nice

Been in now to macc branch a few times now and on the most part it’s been brilliant. a person called jordan dealt with me most of the times i’ve been in and they were such a great help and so friendly :)
