“I went to macclesfield Sainsbury's today. 26/11/23. I had to return my coat because the zip had failed. Of course I was very disappointed But I really wanted the exact someone I looked on line and they had sold out. So I asked Louise at the clothing department To find the nearest store where they have them She phoned a few places and finally find one. They are holding it for me and hopefully getting it today or tomorrow I think Louise was very kind, helpful and patient and very calm, sorting it all out for me.
