Been staying at other hotel, you know who. There your just a number, Here you're welcomed with a smile ?. Room was spotless , bed was soooooooooooo comfortable,. Breakfast was very nice, staff were pleasant and professional. Definitely received staying here and will stay again. Many thanks to the staff.

The Premier Inn hotel is located very close to a large Pharma company which makes it ideal for visiting workers. It is not very close to the center of Macclesfield unfortunately, and it can be tricky to get a taxi or public transport.
The rooms are pretty good, and the beds are very nice (as advertised).
I’ve been staying in Premier Inns for years on business and this one for many years too, I think Whitbread are going down hill ! 1st night I asked for room to be serviced , it didn’t happen 2nd night asked for it to be serviced, it was but no clean towels wet ones folded and hung back up ,so when I arrived back this... read full comment
