“The accommodation was excellent in every way. Clean, accessible, as my husband is disabled and comfortable. Good, convenient parking. The bed looked small but in fact was perfectly adequate.
The HUGE problem was the unbearable noise from the station. Not trains but there was loud work in progress all night, beginning around midnight. Every time it stopped, I felt a wave of relief, but it would start again within minutes. The whole night. I managed to doze for less than 20 minutes. Needless to say, I was VERY irritable by 07.00; time to get up and travel 2 hours by car. Fortunately, I wasn't driving, but we had to make several extra stops as well, to allow my husband to rest. We certainly wouldn't have booked here, if we'd suspected such a dreadful night.”

“Just stayed at this hotel and it was lovely. It’s a budget hotel but despite that the room was clean and fresh. The staff that were on were polite and friendly. Their knowledge of the local area was spot on. We stayed as we had a family function locally and would definitely stay there again!”
