“good selection of products, shame there is no cafe.
the store is clean and items are easy to find, the staff are also pleasant.
my only criticism would be that it is annoying when you come in first thing, and staff are always in the way stacking shelves
it would be better if this was done *before* the store opens
edit to add- I think its a shame that this store is now inaccessible to those, who rely on public transport. Macc town centre is rapidly becoming a thing of the past.”

“I don’t recommend it! We have Covid. Placed an order for delivery last night and it never came. Then they said would deliver 12-2 today, never came. No one answering local coop phone number. Made call to the main line and the man was rude and then just said the order was cancelled. He wasn’t interested when I said we have Covid and are isolating. We never cancelled it. Now left with no milk etc for another 24 hours. We tried to use our local shop which we have always supported. Maybe with more local competition coming soon, they will get better at this service.”
