Disgraceful service at Macclesfield store made over numerous calls to store but never answered just rang out

Downgraded to one star from four as I found out today that I have been overcharged for around two years because I was signed up to a sports package that I have never had any interest in. Refused the freebie at point of sale and yet it still ended up on my contract somehow. Not impressed. Only discovered when I was switching... read full comment
