“I went into store this Wednesday Morning and Adam and Sean was very helpful setting up my phone I got online. They also helped me work out all the new icons and spent around 2 hours making sure I could use my phone. To thank the lads I got them all a costa coffee.\\n\\nWould fully recommend the staff and the store! Thanks again.”

“I've stuck with Three for over 20 years because of great network coverage at sensible prices and superb customer service. Every time my contract is due to end, I go in and SPEAK to an actual person, who quickly assesses my needs and sorts out the very best contract to meet them. Their recommendations have never fallen short of my expectations and their staff never try to oversell products.”

“I bought a new phone from this store recently as my old one was out of contract, old and not working properly. The staff helped us to set it up when it arrived the next day to the store, and transfer everything across. We had to go back the following day again as couldn't easily apply for the offer that came with the phone but the gentleman helped to do that for us as well and sort out a problem with the message settings for which we are grateful.”

“Visited this store with a friend (1st Feb) to buy a Samsung Z Flip that I located on line. The staff member, Rachel was very helpful, obviously skilled and knowledgeable in this area. Excellent customer service from her, very patient and clear communicator, she went above and beyond for me to feel confident in my purchase. Is Rachel a manager? Rachel should be.”
“Patrick today helped me fix a sim problem that 20 different calls couldn't help with, the calls to 191 had multiple people hanging up or not helping, this was more than frustrating. He fixed it in 3 minutes. The international call centres need addressing as they simply hang up if they don't know what they are doing.”
