“I visited the ee shop as my phone had totally broke I have type 1 diabetes and couldn't use it to scan my sensor and all the staff went above and beyond to makesure I had a phone that day couldn't tell you how helpful and understanding they were credit to all the staff absolutely amazing im so happy can't put it into words how helpful and friendly they were I definitely 100% recommended this EE shop thank you to all the staff that work there literally life savers if it wasn't for them I would probably be sat in hospital now extremely poorly cheers guys hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and a happy new year lots of love Adam and the family”

“I called today to buy a small hand held vacuum cleaner. The one I had seen was available only on line but an alternative was on display in the store but the last one had already been reserved for another customer. An amazing sales assistant Molly went out of her way to help me. The reserved item was still in the store and she brought it for me to see before placing my order ( I needed to check it was suitable as I have a medical issue or two!! ) Huge thanks for unbelievably fantastic customer service and the understanding shown . Definitely worthy of more than 5 stars... highly recommended!”
