“We chose Bridget and the team at Knutsford Bloom to venue dress and provide our flowers for our wedding at larkspur lodge on 25/11/23. Right from the start Bridget’s communication and professionalism was on point. I really had no idea what I wanted initially and Bridget helped me chose and even gave me advice on other little bits for the day too. I changed my mind multiple times over the whole planning process but nothing seemed too much of a problem or too much of an ask. I did not get bothered at all on my wedding day, Bridget and the team sorted everything and the venue and flowers were beautiful and exactly what I asked for. “Visiting the store today to break our journey my elderly Nana misplaced her handbag. She was very panicked about the thought of having lost it and everything inside. We asked the staff if they had seen it or if it had been handed in and this lovely member of the store staff, Dawn I believe her name was, quickly ran around asking not only her colleagues but also staff members from other venders if they had had the bag handed in. She found the handbag and incredibly kindly gifted my Nana some flowers for all the stress she had experienced; she was delighted and so relieved.
