“Visiting the store today to break our journey my elderly Nana misplaced her handbag. She was very panicked about the thought of having lost it and everything inside. We asked the staff if they had seen it or if it had been handed in and this lovely member of the store staff, Dawn I believe her name was, quickly ran around asking not only her colleagues but also staff members from other venders if they had had the bag handed in. She found the handbag and incredibly kindly gifted my Nana some flowers for all the stress she had experienced; she was delighted and so relieved. “Excellent staff and low low prices that you can't get anywhere else. It was a pleasure working here for a week for my work experience and I felt welcomed and wanted by the staff.
