my only criticism would be that it is annoying when you come in first thing, and staff are always in the way stacking shelves

“Great store and pleasant, helpful staff. Go there daily for newspapers but for the last two weeks they have stopped selling the Macc Express. One of the assistants said it all Coop stores. Will have to shop elsewhere on a Wednesday. Shame.”

“Left my card in a card reader and returned 15 minutes later only to find that a very kind Lucy H had put it in lost property.
Asked if I could leave a tip but was advised they cannot take gratuity.
This quite possibly saved me a few quid and it was beyond the line of duty. Thanks young lady, I appreciate this very much.”
“Always been a good little shop. A decent range and selection of food and house items. Staff always good. Price is good. Open 7am to 10pm everyday. My go to local shop.”
“I don’t recommend it! We have Covid. Placed an order for delivery last night and it never came. Then they said would deliver 12-2 today, never came. No one answering local coop phone number. Made call to the main line and the man was rude and then just said the order was cancelled. He wasn’t interested when I said we have Covid and are isolating. We never cancelled it. Now left with no milk etc for another 24 hours. We tried to use our local shop which we have always supported. Maybe with more local competition coming soon, they will get better at this service.”
“Generally good produce,products good some staff better than others but generally nice some not as chatty as others. Only thing i dont like is there can be queues due to uber deliveries which seems like staff are having to put online deliveries before human customers as the que can grow and one staff serving the other bagging up online customers. Understand the system but doesnt make you feel good as a customer. I am here now why you prioritising online customers i may be spending more!! I quite often go into your shops and spend £40-50 does make me a bit cross when i have had to que for the sake of someone wanting four beers and they get priorty”
