Was served by a lady within this store when I needed to return a coaty mother in law had bought for my son which was WAY too big. Long overdue review. Neil & Pam both really great people. Took time to show us features of the trekking poles, made sure we got the special offer on and really took the time to give us a great experience. Neil sorted me out with great boots and organised a return, giving great advice.
