Very unorganized, have an elderly relative that I have to constantly chase up for delivery, passive aggressive responses to reviews, maybe get some customer service training if you can't deal with the public get someone who can.

Been in during both busy and quiet times, and staff have been pleasant and helpful, Amy helped me sort out an issue with a prescription and been there since from another pharmacy.
