The staff in this store are beyond rude, disrespectful. The “manager” thinks that it’s nice to refer to people as “that one”. Training needs to be done if that’s how they talk to people.

I had breakfast with my 5 year old granddaughter. She wanted jacket potato with cheese and tuna. The cheese was extra £1.50. Her potato was terrible clearly reheated from the day before. It was inedible. I had the full breakfast at £9.50. Sausage way overcooked and bacon hard. It whole experience was a complete ripoff.... read full comment

Bloody joke either one of the escalators is always broken whenever I come. Today 7th June 2025, it was the one going up and being 8 months pregnant I couldn’t claim the stairs, it was a Saturday and there was about 20 people waiting to use the lift.
