Shop smells of BO, is dirty and chaotic. Ignored by staff and gave up on buying trainers. Have ordered online and won’t visit the store again.

Awful customer service wont give a refund even on the day i was told that the policy is on the door upon entering the store. I looked it is on a piece of paper about 18 inches from the floor. Nothing by the tills. Avoid this pathetic store with poor customer service.
