“After leaving a different clarks store with badly fitted school shoes for my daughter a week ago i went to the Crewe store to help get rectified and the staff in there could not have been more helpful and friendly. The lady who dealt with us made sure my daughter left with shoes that fit as they should and ones we were happy with and clearly is very good at her job! Thanks for the excellent service....i will always come back to the Crewe store!”

“I was looking for a Pokémon backpack for my grandson's birthday. A Google search showed they sold them here at Wynsors. I checked stock here at the Crewe store and reserved the item.I then rang the store to double check. Donna, the lady who answered the phone was brilliant. She confirmed there was just ONE left and put it behind the checkout for me so that it would tie up with my online reservation when it came through.When I got to store later Donna was there at the checkout with a wonderful smile holding the Pokémon backpack aloft with all my reservation details on her pad.This is what proper quality customer service is like. Donna is a bubbly, happy and very experienced retail professional. The Wynsors business plus the regional and store management teams should all be very proud of her, their store and the very, very high product and service offering provided.At 4pm today my grandson will be beaming from ear-to-ear and that will be thanks in no small part to Donna from the Wynsors store in Crewe - take a bow Donna, you're a Superstar ⭐️”

“I have shopped in New Look, Crewe for as long as I can remember. All the staff in the crewe branch have been amazing over the years, without exception. I went in yesterday and was pleasantly surprised at the makeover it had had inside. It looks so much brighter, with the clothes grouped into nice sections. The changing rooms have also been updated. Big shout out to New Look for staying in Crewe town centre. Here's hoping it's the start of the return of the high street ?”

“There is a large variety of sporting goods, mostly at good prices.Having to go upstairs without a lift is difficult for my wife who has mobility issues so I am not sure how wheelchair users manage.I do especially like the very large range of golf items (hence the 4 stars).”
