Room was basic but has everything you need, it was Very clean and you get tea/coffee etc

“Excellent customer service - booked in with 2 adults 3 kids over two rooms. Initially on separate floors. Without being asked staff member on at the time managed to find two rooms next to each other. Also had juice waiting in the room for kids, which isn’t something we’ve had before. Rooms were warm - no air con - but large fans provided.”
“Lovely Premier Inn never fails. Only downside we were given a room on the 1st floor without a lift even though we had a toddler and a buggy. But otherwise fantastic”
