“I popped in last week to see if my late wife's engagement ring could be repaired as the band had snapped. 6 days later I have the ring back and it is perfect, as new.As my wife only died in January this ring has tremendous sentimentality attached and means the world to me. The staff and service are second to none, friendly and very helpful.The repair to the ring is first class, you would not even know it had been snapped/repaired.It is now on a chain around my neck along with her wedding ring.Thank you for the wonderful service. “Brilliant store, I bought a g shock watch online but could not get it to work. So looked for a local gshock supplier eurnest jones and brought it to them. They took the watch in and turned out it needed resetting to fix the problem. They fixed the problem and rang me to say you can pick the watch up and the service was free ?.
