Ashley spent time with my son and was very knowledgeable about your products, he walked away knowing exactly what he wanted after weeks of deliberation. Once ordered online there was a problem with my order and wouldn't be ready until the Monday when it was needed on the Sunday. After a promise of a call back Amanda promptly sorted the problem out and called me back to let me know the watch was ready. Excellent customer service from both members of staff and H. Samuel, Hanley will now be my first store I look at for my jewellery needs.”

“Over the last few years I have bought many pieces of jewellery from this shop and always found them pleasant and helpful but they were exceptional this week when I had lost a chain on a Linda Macdonald necklace that I had received as a gift just two days previous, I returned to the shop with the pendant explaining that the catch must have been faulty but had not got the chain to prove it they replaced the chain immediately and apologised for my inconvenience. A brilliant jewellery shop with excellent service.”

I was very shocked at the prices that he quoted for an old necklace I wanted to exchange- the price was more than I had anticipated which was nice. I purchased a few things from the uncle who I’m assuming is the owner had quoted good prices. I have been to other gold shops down the road and have never received this level of service. My little girl had her ears pieced and Hannah was brilliant at explaining the process to myself and the little one. Put both of us at ease and depite having to serve what seemed like 100 customers plus answer the phone she pierced my little girls ears quickly and effortlessly.
