Bought life time guaranteed socket set, trying to replace broken tools is impossible as never in stock, when finally replaced were wrong sizes, still waiting for right pieces after six months.

Went to halfords in crewe this morning for a new number plate, showed paperwork and pain when I asked about fitting they looked worried and said they would have a look, when he looked at car he said he could use sticky pads I said I wanted it screwing on and his reply was he couldn't do that as they didn't have a drill... read full comment
