“A brilliant team of staff led by Christina - a 5 star manager. After saving up for most of the year my partner and I purchased a Sony A95K TV from the store. Sadly when we got it home it was DOA. After 2 weeks of mind numbing phone calls to Sony UK (who I was told to contact by Currys Call Centre as apparently they had no more stock) I called back into the store.Christina was not on officially on duty at the time but agreed to hear my problem and immediately checked to confirm they had a replacement and could sort the very next day. She and her colleague Andy went out of their way to ensure our experience was fantastic. The fact that I'm more or less deaf didn't phase anyone - Christina took me to a quiet part of the store and spent a significant amount of time listening to what I had to say, giving me time and being very patient. Everyone who works in large customer facing stores such as this could take a leaf out of her book when helping those with a disability. Absolutely brilliant experience in store with her and the team, I will make Currys @ Crewe my No1 destination for future tech / white good purchases. Thank you!”
