“Ive been in other Game stores where I have experienced the 'oh a girl whos not a REAL gamer' vibe from staff. Likely as i almost exclusively enjoy open world, heavy on the story games (RDR, Modern Tomb Raider, Mass effect, ect) and have no hardware knowledge.Not in this store! I went in for advice regarding a connection issue i was having with my PS4 controller. Liam was very helpful, clearly enthusiastic, and at no point did i feel like i didn't belong . From observing him serve other customers i can tell he just wants to give the best service possible to whom ever visits the store. Credit to Game. I'm highly likely to visit this store exclusively, and as im not from the area, just visiting from the north of Greater Manchester thats pretty huge. Thanks Liam! “Nice selection of DVDs, Blu-Rays, Games, Consoles, Phones and tech available to buy.Easy to purchase items and also trade in items for Cash value or store credit/voucher. The latter always tends to be the better price but the cash value offered always seems to be higher than what Game offers for example. The staff are always helpful and polite regardless of how busy they are.”
