Amazing customer service from Jonty. So pleased I walked in to the Crewe store. I was looking for herringbone flooring and Jonty made the whole process so easy from getting me a good price on the flooring and fitting. He also went above and beyond and gave me great support with a difficult delivery.

Originally good but a number bad things happened since.1. Poor advice in sales left us with a second visit to our home needed causing more expense for us to call our joiners back. Because they under sold and under quoted.2. Delivery by dumping a pallet on our drive and just leaving it and refusing to take the pallet away.... read full comment
