“Visited on Bank Holiday Friday which was leaving things late. Particularly as there was another Bank on Monday. This meant that our chosen tiles couldn’t be delivered until the following Thursday. We needed tiles for Tuesday and Jack behind the counter went above and beyond to provide us with alternative tiles that were in stock for immediate delivery. Excellent service and thank you Jack.”
