Absolutely disgusting service… Saturday afternoon and they have one colleague on the upper floor servicing everyone…. Been waiting now approx 15 minutes!
Not even an acknowledgement of wait or any support from staff on the bottom floor!
If I wasn’t desperate for my Airfryer I would go elsewhere!
We recently bought a laptop from the Crewe store, which was upsold when we were at the till & resultantly didn’t have the necessary specifications that we requested.
