I had my ears pierced here... unfortunately one of my studs has lost all the little gems in it ... they weren't cheap either ! I didn't know about it til my daughter noticed it wasn't sparkly... its only been a few weeks since they were done !! they WERE gorgeous ??

Really friendly member of staff who helped me find exactly what I needed. But the online store is terrible - bought a number of party fillers and the parcel never arrived. Impossible to talk over the phone and long wait for email reply. Just shows that rebots aren't needed but people are.
