You can't ring up and make a routine appointment.. have to use an online form between 7am and 10am... such a ridiculous system that isnt patient friendly. Patients should be able to ring when they get a chance to so they can make a routine appointment which can then be booked for a day and time suitable to them.. what is... read full comment

Why do away with the old booking system?. With the old Patient access app, you could at least book non urgent phone consultations with a Doctor of your choice on a day of your choice, albeit booking a few weeks in advance to be able to have the luxury to do so but it worked well for non urgent / consultation phone appointments... read full comment

I was too poorly to attend the surgery, and a Paramedic Practitioner was sent to my home. He gave me a thorough examination and diagnosed the flu. What a great service! The receptionist was very understanding and contacted me several times. Lovely, friendly surgery.
