“This morning‘s visit to Boots Opticians Congleton
Was 100% Spot. The wait time for the pre-operative scans were minimum Josh who performed my scans was very warm welcoming and at ease while talking to him.

The optometrist that did my eye test was also a lovely lady. Very easy to talk to explained everything showed me all my scans. Nothing was too much trouble to chat to her about she was perfect.

After the eye test, Josh very quickly came to assist me in choosing a new pair of reading glasses as opinion was greatly received and I think between us we chose Welll He explained everything regarding the glasses and the lenses With prices and his whole manner through my experience was 10 out of 10 great job to everyone there Always a pleasure to visit ????”

“I would like to thank Bella and her team, Bella saw me the day I picked up my prescription from the doctors and was concerned about me, she took my blood pressure. Since then she has seen my mother, and stated that I looked really ill the other day and if not right once my antibiotics had finished I was to call the doctors asap, I even had a follow up call from one of her staff asking how I was getting on with my new inhaler. All I can say is 100% service”

“It's an OK pharmacy. I wouldn't say there's anything outstanding in terms of the store. Unless there's an offer on something, it's slightly pricey compared to some other places. One thing I always notice every time I go in there, is the lighting. It's unusually cool blue and very muted. Gloomy. I used to use the one in town, but sadly Boots (like most businesses) weren't prepared to support the town centre any longer ☹️”
