Opened later than 10am on a Sunday morning. Waited. Then given wrong advice after a cat bite...advice should have been go straight to A&E. Instead painkillers and a dressing was advised. Another bad review for the incredibly rude and unprofessional staff at this pharmacy especially the pharmacist who was working yesterday (Sunday 10/08/2025) afternoon. Very patronizing and I hope she feels proud of herself denying a 3 year old a BTC topical cream he desperately needed to hold him over until we saw his specialist... read full comment

Not tried calling so can’t comment, but they always have my prescription with no fuss, and it’s from a private GP so I get it’s a bit of a faf, legends in my opinion
