The branch has had a full make over with a new work table and sofas and chairs for customers to sit on. Nice and clean and fresh inside. Great service from the staff.

Went to nationwide Chester to do a very large money transaction was met with a lovely smiling young blonde girl who was very polite, helpful and efficient, didn't get her name unfortunately but definitely management material, 110% service
