Sat down with Thomas who took me through everything in detail and also talked me through different account options that offer free CHAPS payments. Wasn't expecting that, but after five minutes of going over calculators we'd transferred my account to a new type that saved on the one-off payment and also earned a few extra hundred a year on interest. Top service!”
