Nearly midday. Seven unmanned tills , just one open with six trolleys waiting. Colleague been on til since 9 am, with a medical condition, medication is a diuretic, no management attempt to allow them to go to the toilet. All on floor staff manning self service tills - the future! Although Morrisons frozen veg is far better... read full comment
