“Well what a turn up for the books...a mobile phone shop for whom service is number 1 !Partly due to the shop but mainly down to a certain man called Jack. When we first popped in he had offered to help but not too pressured...and that just worked. He offered great advice and we found our next little phone....Happy days! Sadly we had to leave due to the shop flooding ( scary times) but we later took time out to travel further than needed to the shop...purely down to the service from jack.We got there and during the whole process he took his time, explained everything clearly and simply and by the end we had no doubt on the whole process. Simply he was great!So in summary not all shops or staff are created equal. Jack is exceptional and truly an asset to this company. We are just happy we found him. ?? thanks to him.”

“Called in to this shop on Friday 2nd june to ask for help transfering my daughters details and apps from her old android phone to her new i phone .l could not ask for better service . Christian the shop rep had a quick look and asked for us to leave the phones with him and to collect later that day , at which we did .The issue was resolved thanks to Christian.
