I explained the situation, he was very ill in hospital. They were both sensitive and professional, and advised me that they would be able to alter it within an hour. I collected it later and was able to put it on my dad's finger. Sadly, he passed a couple of days later, but I am so grateful for your help in allowing me to get the ring altered in time. “Came today 15.01.24 to get a watch for my sons 21st birthday in march, we were met by a lovely assistant Rachel. She was so polite,professional and reassured us with everything. We were offered drinks from prosecco to a J20 which was lovely. All the staff we're so nice and polite. We purchased a Tag Heuer even got a £150 gift card to use in store.
