“Another local jeweller recommended J P Williams to me because they were able to do repairs quickly. I went into see them cause my dad's wedding ring needed altering, it was much too big. I explained the situation, he was very ill in hospital. They were both sensitive and professional, and advised me that they would be able to alter it within an hour. I collected it later and was able to put it on my dad's finger. Sadly, he passed a couple of days later, but I am so grateful for your help in allowing me to get the ring altered in time. Would highly recommend.”
